  • What is your service area?
    I serve Roseburg, Oregon and surrounding areas up to 40 miles. I do not typically service anything outside of this radius. I do not charge a travel fee for anything inside this radius. Service areas Yoncalla, Rice hill, Elkton, Sutherlin, Oakland, Glide, Camas Valley, Roseburg, Winston, Green, Myrtle creek, Tri City, Riddle, Canyonville, Azalea, Glendale. If you are outside of my service radius you are welcome to message me as I occasionally make exceptions and travel further.
  • Do you offer Matterport 3D?
    Unfortunately we do not offer this service.
  • How does billing work?
    After the photoshoot I will email you an online invoice via Square. You will be able to pay this invoice online with a debit card or credit card. Invoices are due within 20 days. If Square does not work for you, we offer other payment methods. You will receive confirmation of payment.
  • How do I access my photos?
    24-48 hours after the photoshoot you will receive an email with a download link for you to download the photos. If you are having trouble finding or accessing your photos after you download them, click here to learn how to find and access your downloaded photos.
  • Are your photos edited?
    Yes. All of my photos come with professional photo editing that includes sky replacement, color correction, exposure correction, window detail and object removal.
  • Can I have my photos re-edited?
    Yes. If you need any changes made to your photos please contact me and I will gladly re-edit the photos to your liking. The first re-edit is free. If you still need more changes made after the first edit, all subsequent edits will incur an editing fee.
