I am currently not accepting new clients as my schedule is very full. However you are welcome to reach out to me and ask about becoming a new client as I occasionally am able to bring in new agents when my schedule allows.
I serve Roseburg, Oregon and surrounding areas up to 40 miles. I do not typically service anything outside of this radius. I do not charge a travel fee for anything inside this radius.

No. I only provide real estate photography services for a select group of realtors.
After the photoshoot I will email you an online invoice via Square. Invoices are due within 14 days of the invoice date. A late fee will be applied monthly to any overdue invoices. We accept online payments only. You may pay with a debit card, credit card or bank transfer. We also offer Afterpay which allows you to spit payments up over weeks or months.
No we do not offer this service. However we do offer floor plans.
24-48 hours after the photoshoot you will receive an email with a download link for you to download the photos. If you are having trouble finding or accessing your photos after you download them, click here to learn how to find and access your downloaded photos.
Yes. All of my photos come with professional photo editing that includes sky replacement, color correction, exposure correction, window detail and object removal.
Yes. If you need any changes made to your photos please contact me and I will gladly re-edit the photos to your liking. Revisions are only available for up to two weeks after the photoshoot. The first two revisions are free. If you still need more changes made, all subsequent revisions will incur an editing fee.
I can text you a download link that will allow you to save the video to your phone.
