HOW DOES THIS WORK?

For clients who are working with Isaiah Miller Photography for the first time, here is an overview of the process.

​SCHEDULING

Schedule a time for your photoshoot here. Select which services you need for the property, the date, time, your first name, last name, and contact information. Provide the full address, square footage and property acreage. If applicable, include include one-day codes, gate codes or any additional notes about the appointment. The property outline or plot map can be uploaded for the photographer to have as reference. After the appointment is scheduled, you will automatically receive an appointment confirmation via email. 

If rescheduling is needed, this can be done from the initial confirmation email, or please contact us directly.

PREPARATION BEFORE THE APPOINTMENT

If you are a realtor or landlord, please be courteous and notify the tenants or clients ahead of time that there will be a photographer on the property.

Like most real estate media companies, Isaiah Miller Photography does not provide home cleaning and staging services. Ideally, the home should be clean, prepped and photo-ready before the photographer arrives onsite. DAY OF THE APPOINTMENT

The photographer is experienced in capturing vacant and occupied properties and interacting professionally with clients. Depending on your availability, you are more than welcome to meet the photographer onsite, but it isn't required. Whether you are present during the photo session or not depends on your comfort and preference.

AFTER THE APPOINTMENT

The photographer will edit the photos and provide them no later than 24 - 48 hours after the appointment. They will be delivered via email, to the email address provided when the appointment was scheduled. The email will contain a viewing link for viewing images, a download link for downloading images, and a link to the invoice.

INVOICING

An online Square invoice is provided alongside the media deliverables. Payment is quick, easy, and will automatically generate email reminders when an invoice is overdue. To review pricing for services, see the full pricing page here.
