WHY HIRE A PRO?
According to the National Association of Realtors, over 40% of all potential buyers are turning to the internet in search of property listings. Properties showcased with professional photographs tend to attract more views, as opposed to listings with low-quality images. In an ever increasing digital environment, hiring a professional real estate photographer is an essential component to the marketing and sale process.
In most photographs, it is typical for windows to be presented as a white, featureless haze. This is due to the
limitations of most cameras and is a missed opportunity to feature stunning views outside of the home. However, through editing techniques, Isaiah ensures there is accurate window detail visible in every photo.
Due to the distortion of various cameras lenses, photographs can show a false visual of "leaning" walls and angles. Presenting true vertical walls and lines in property listings is more pleasing to the eye. This is one of the many adjustments Isaiah Miller Photography makes during the photo editing process to better display the home.
It's characteristic of homes to have light sources that dramatically affect the color in photographs. The naked eye is able to distinguish the colors of a home, but a camera can be overwhelmed by the color being cast from lights. For example, many incandescent bulbs will saturate an image with orange and fail to show its full range of color. Isaiah's photos display genuine color representation of the home, adding to its appeal.
Photographing a small space such as a bathroom with a smart phone or non-DSLR device is not ideal, as they often show only the corner of a room and fail to capture the area in its entirety. This results in photos that make the room seem confined. Through the use of his wide lenses, coupled with experience, Isaiah is
equipped to capture these small spaces.
