Instructions for Mac Users
Step 1
Click on the download link in your email to start downloading the photos.
Step 2
Once the photos have downloaded you need to locate them. The default download location is your Downloads folder. The photos should appear in your Downloads folder as one zipped file. The file name will be the address of the home that was photographed.
Step 3
Double click on the zipped file. This will create an unzipped version of the file for you. Double click on the unzipped file to access your photos.
Instructions for PC and Windows Users
Step 1
Click on the download link in your email to start downloading the photos. Once the photos have downloaded you need to locate them. The default download location of your computer is your Downloads folder. To find your Downloads folder, select File Explorer than under Quick access, select Downloads.
Step 2
The photos should appear in your Downloads folder as one zipped file. The zipped file that looks like folder with a zipper on it. The file name should be the home address from the photoshoot.
Step 3
Right click on the zipped file and then left click Extract All.
Step 4
A new window will pop up. Left click Extract.
Step 5
This will create an unzipped version of your file that looks like a normal folder. Double click on this folder to access your photos.
